Gallery Paule Anglim is pleased to announce an exhibition of new sculptures by Annabeth Rosen.
The artist will exhibit five new free-standing sculptures, each a construction of glazed ceramic elements animating and clinging to a metal armature. Some of the works were recently featured in the Denver Art Museum exhibition, “Overthrown: Clay Without Limits.”
Annabeth Rosen studied at Alfred University (BFA) and the Cranbrook Academy of Art (MFA), and has gone on to teach at the Rhode Island School of Design, the University of the Arts in Philadelphia and the Art Institute of Chicago. Since 1997 she holds the Robert Arneson Endowed Chair at the University of California, Davis. Her work has been exhibited internationally and, most recently at the Denver Art Museum.
